On-site facilities include a 24 hour front desk with currency exchange, concierge services, lift and tour assistance. In addition there is business services, limited hour room service, a gift shop and laundry services.

Guests can relax by one of the two lap swimming pools or the jacuzzi. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers as well as a poolside bar where guests can enjoy a refreshment.

There is also a small fitness facility and directly in front of the hotel guests can enjoy a game of volleyball. A range of watersports are available at the beach.

Dining options include a large American restaurant "Sloppy Joes" serving traditional seafood dishes and snacks. A children's menu is available and there is regular live entertainment in high season. There is also a beach bar which offers light snacks and drinks.

The hotel offers 166 rooms which are spread over a three storey, four storey and eight storey building.

The hotel is positioned in the beautiful district of Treasure Island. Guests have access to the public beach on the Gulf of Mexico side of the resort. The hotel is just 1.6km from John's pass village where there is a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Downtown St Petersburg is 16km away. Only 19km south of the hotel is a group of five interconnecting islands where there is over 1000 acres of picnic areas, hiking trails and sandy beaches.

St Petes Beach is approx 44km from Tampa airport and approx 190km from Orlando International airport.
