On-site facilities include a reception desk with hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lift access, a tourist bureau, car rental service, a post office, public Internet (charges apply) services and hairdresser. In addition there is room service (local fee), games room and parking.

There is a choice of three swimming pools which are surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Dining options include a buffet style restaurant, Oriental a la carte restaurant (reservations required) and Italian a la carte restaurant. There is also a 24-hour snack bar, beach bar serving snacks, swim-up pool bar, three lobby bars and a entertainment bar (open during shows).

For children there is a childrens pool and cots are available on request.

Sporting activities include volleyball, football, table tennis, pool-billiards, water polo, aerobics, basketball and a range of non motorised watersports can be found at the beach.
