Each of the condos are fully furnished to the highest standard and sleep 2 persons per bedroom with a sofa bed sleeping a further 2 guests. The fully fitted bathrooms are provided with a bathtub and shower and the kitchens have a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine. There is also a lounge area where guests can relax and unwind. Further facilities include telephone, satellite TV, an ironing set and both air conditioning and heating.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The villas boast a great location approx a 20 minute drive from Disney World and close to local amenities. There is also a golf course nearby. Orlando International Airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving directions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in, will be on your right.

• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
