The hotel is located approx 15 minutes from the airport and approx 20 minutes to Hurghada.

The Beach Albatros Resort offers guests a private beach, 3 outdoor freshwater pools, heated indoor pool, children's pool, sun beds and parasols, beach towels, hairdressers, shopping area (approx 21 shops), internet service, children's club and children's playground. There is a doctors and pharmacy available 24 hours at the hotel.

There are many sports facilities provided for guests including a fitness centre with sauna and jacuzzi, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, football, basketball, chess, darts, boccia and mini golf. Water sports are available at hte beach. The hotel offers various day and evening entertainment programmes and animation shows. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The hotel offers double rooms in the main building and suites, bungalows and family rooms in the auxiliary/pavilion building. All of the rooms benefit from telephone, satellite TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and balcony or terrace. Suites have a separate living room and sleeping area. Family accommodations offer a connecting door with one bathroom and kitchenette or a two floor unit with bathroom and kitchenette. The hotel offers 24 hour room service and safety deposit boxes are available in the lobby (local charge).

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (8 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 8.30 pm) all served at the Casablanca restaurant. All Inclusive guests can also use the El Kassr restaurant for breakfast (7 am to 10 am), late breakfast (10 am to 11 am) and dinner (6 pm to 9.30 pm). Theme buffets are available on a weekly basis. With meals soft drinks, beer, wine, juice and water are served.

Hot and cold snacks are available at the Pergola restaurant and at the El Khan restaurant from noon to 3 pm. Afternoon tea is served with cakes or pastries. Ice cream is available for children from noon to 8 pm. Midnight snacks are served from 10.30 pm to midnight at the El Kassr restaurant.

Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, vodka, gin, rum, brandy, beer, wines, soft drinks and juices are offered from 10 am to midnight in the various bars.
