The 3 bedroom villas feature living room with hifi, fan, safe, well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and utensils and toilet on the ground floor. On the top floor there is a double bedroom and en suite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is a solarium on the upper floor.

The villas are set around their own private golf course with a mini market, bars and restaurants to be found within 500m of the complex. There is also a shopping centre and water sports club 2km from the complex.

The resort of Corralejo is approx 37km from Fuerteventura Airport.
