Facilities at the hotel include a 24 hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange service and lifts to the upper floors. In addition there is 24 hour medical service, 24 hour security, tour desk, porter, shops, laundry service and bicycle rental.

There is a large freeform swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace decked with sun loungers and parasols. Other activities include table tennis, volleyball, aerobics and there is a Spa with fitness centre and massage service (charges apply).

For the younger guests there is a separate kids pool, kids club (ages 4 to 12 years) and kids playground.

The restaurant offers buffet style dining and there is also a seafood restaurant. Snacks can be taken at the open air snack bar or at the lobby bar or poolside bar.

All 444 rooms are spread over a 4 storey main building and a 2-floor annexe block.
