The Be Live Islantilla has two paddle courts, tennis court, gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool (opened of September to May), three outdoor swimming pools, including a kiddies pool and a kids club. In the area, there are a few of the best golf courses in Andalusia; Islantilla Golf Club (27 holes), Isla Canela Golf (18 holes), Club de Golf Nuevo Portil (18 holes).
Guests have special green-fee prices.

At the shopping centre there are sports facilities, horse riding, shops, cinemas, restaurants, sports centres, and marine sports. There are interesting places to visit such as Sierra de Aracena, Ruta del Rocio, Niebla, Ruta Colombina, Sevilla and the Portuguese Algarve. A 24-hour reception desk, laundry facilities and a small supermarket are also provided.
