The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, concierge, laundry facilities, medical assistance, ATM banking and Internet access. There is also business services, conference rooms, banquet facilities and wedding service. Car rental, valet parking and shops are also available.

There is a daily activities programme, evening entertainment, children's play room, kids club and theatre. There are several swimming pools including children's pools, sun terrace with loungers and direct access to the beach. There is a spa which offers a variety of health and beauty treatments, massage, steam room and jacuzzi. There is also a hair salon and fitness centre. Sports activities include tennis, volleyball, sailing, aerobics, table tennis and golf. Horse riding is also available (local charge).

Various dining options are available within the grounds, there is a buffet restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Asian restaurant and Brazilian style restaurant. There are also snack bars, fruit bar, dance bar and pool bars.

The accommodation consists of a total of 462 guest rooms with double rooms, junior suites with garden view and junior suites with sea view available.

Standard facilities include en suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing set, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, king or queen size bed and a sofa bed. An in-room safe is available to hire.

The hotel is situated on the beach front in the resort of Cofresi which is less than 4 km from Puerto Plata. The hotel is situated approximately 30 km from the airport.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in the buffet restaurant. A variety of snacks are available from selected outlets between meals.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are available at selected outlets according to individual opening times.

Daytime and evening entertainment, kids clubs, sun beds at the pool and beach, gym and selected sports activities are also included.
