Guests are welcomed via the lobby which houses a 24 hour reception desk and concierge service. A car hire service, luggage storage, business centre and internet corner is also available. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

There is a choice of restaurants within the resort including the main buffet restaurant with show cooking, Asian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, gourmet a la carte restaurant and there is also a good choice of bars serving both cocktails and some offering snacks.

Facilities are plentiful and include tennis, archery, mini golf, volleyball and there is a range of non motorised watersports at the beach. There is also a daily entertainment programme for both adults and children.

Guests can relax on a sun bed beside the swimming pool or for lay out on one of the chairs set out on the beach.

A Spa offering a range of treatments and jacuzzi can also be found within the resort.

For the younger guests there is a kids club and a babysitting service is also available (payable locally). Highchairs can be requested in the restaurant.

All 532 air conditioned guest rooms are spread over several 2-storey buildings and various villas and feature private bathroom with bath and shower, hair dryer and mini bar. Additionally there is a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box and balcony. Rooms sleep up to 4 persons.

Villas are more spacious and include a living room, and other features include a Jacuzzi in the courtyard and terrace.

Larger suites also enjoy a terrace, lounge area, kitchen and extra amenities.

The hotel is located on the beach front on the south east edge of the island, bordering the Eastern National Park which is home to places of archaeological interest such as caves. The village of Altos de Chavon is approximately 30 minutes away.

Puna Cana Airport is approximately 95 km away, Santa Domingo Airport is 118 km away and La Romana Airport is 16 km away.
