All 14 apartments and studios spread over 3 floors. All include en-suite shower room, fully equipped kitchenette and balcony. The studios on the top floor sleep 2 guests in a double room and the one-bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 people with twin beds and a double bed in the lounge/diner.

Ideally located 250 metres from the beach and the local nightlife. There is a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants nearby as well as a well stocked mini-market next door.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
