Situated in a five acre garden overlooking the intra-coastal waterway and with a beach just across the road. St John's pass is 6.5km away. Other nearby attractions include the Sunken Gardens at St. Petersburg, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Busch Gardens in Tampa.

St Petes Beach is approx 44km from Tampa airport and approx 190km from Orlando International airport.
