Facilities onsite include cafe, bar, poolside snack bar, restaurant, hairdressers, 24 hour reception, safe, currency exchange facilities, conference facilities, internet access, room and laundry facilities and car parking. Some services include a local fee.

The resort of Varadero is approx 23km from Juan Gualberto Gomez Airport.
