The hotel provides sunbeds free of charge and towels are available (with deposit).

The Barcelo Jandia Playa offers conference facilities (up to 416 delegates), a children's playroom, a children's outdoor play area, a mini club for 4 to 12 year olds and internet corner.

The Barcelo Jandia Playa offers guests an experience with a great choice of cuisines from the buffet restaurant to the snack bar (next to the main pool) to the pizzeria to the Italian restaurant and the steak restaurant. Guests can enjoy five bars serving a selection of drinks (the Lobby Bar, the Theatre Bar, the Wet Bar in the main pool, the Piano Bar and the disco).

The hotel offers 612 double rooms, 19 suites and 3 master suites. All rooms are comfortably furnished and benefit from an ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV (with English channels), minibar, safety deposit box (local charge), telephone and a balcony or terrace.

Cots are available on request and count as 1 person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (8 am to 10.30 am), lunch (1 pm to 3 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals house wine, beer, water and soft drinks are available. A variety of snacks (salads, sandwiches, warm dishes, etc) are available at the snack restaurant when the main restaurant is closed. Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits are available from3 pm to 6 pm. Both International and local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, rum, gin, aperitifs, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee are available to All Inclusive guests between the hours of 10 am and 11 pm. The hotel displays a menu for drinks, which is available in all bars.

The All Inclusive programme consists of tennis, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, 5 a side football, gym and a full entertainment programme for adults and children.
