The hotel is situated on what is considered to be one of the top 10 beaches in the world and is only 15km from the airport.

Facilities at the hotel include restaurants, bars, discos, boutiques, beauty salon, casino, internet centre, swimming pool, children's pool, non motorised water sports on the beach, tennis courts, mini golf, football, basketball, volleyball, gym, table tennis, darts and animation programme for adults and children during the day and in the evening. Other services include 24 hour reception, currency exchange, car rental, taxi service, laundry facilities, medical centre and babysitting services. The hotel also provides transport to allow guests to freely use the facilities at the other hotels in the group.

Each room has either 2 double beds or a double and a single bed, private bathroom with hairdryer, Sat TV, telephone, safety deposit box, coffee maker, mini bar, air conditioning and balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or the sea.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in Ambar restaurant. Local house wine, spirits and soft drinks are offered during meals. Guests are also entitled to make use of the Mexican and Steak House restaurants. Sandwiches, hot dogs and pizzas are available from 12pm to midnight at the snack bars and from midnight to 3am at the disco. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from the various bars through the day.
