There are 30 rooms and 20 apartments, each furnished in traditional Bansko style and equipped with a bathroom, TV, telephone and mini-bar. The apartments have a separate bedroom and lounge/ kitchenette.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of the historic centre of Bansko, whilst the first station of the cabin lift is a 15-minute walk or short ride away by complimentary shuttle bus. Bansko is 170 kilometres from Sofia airport and 150 kilometres from Plovdiv airport
