Both properties are within 1km of the beach. The resort is 26km from Tenerife South Airport and 90km from Tenerife North Airport.

Within the complex is a village style area with two swimming pools including with one with children's section and one heated in winter. The pools are surrounded by sun terraces furnished with loungers. For the younger guests there is a kids club (4-12 years) and a playground. Other facilities include a gym, and tennis court.
