The hotel is located 30 minutes from Tenerife south airport, 10 minutes from Playa de Las Americas and next to the golf course of Adeje.

The hotels offer excellent swimming pools and at the Bahia Tenerife there is one big lagoon type pool (1,100 m2) separated into two parts (one part is heated, one part is a children's pool). In the Bahia Costa Adeje there is one big lagoon type pool (1,800 m2) separated into two parts (one part is heated, one part is a children's pool) and one pool (1,200 m2) on the cliff with jacuzzi.

The resort offers 700 rooms in total (220 rooms in the Bahia Principe Tenerife distributed across 10 buildings over 4 levels). All rooms are equipped with twin beds or one king size/double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, full private bathroom (in junior suites with whirlpool bath), hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (local charge), minibar and balcony or terrace.

The hotel offers non smoking rooms on request and four rooms are adapted for disabled people.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in the main restaurant in an international buffet style. The A la Carte restaurant in the Tenerife complex is at the disposal of the All Inclusive guests once a week (reservation required). There are further dining options such as the Italian Portofino, the Spanish Casa Bonita, the seafood restaurant and the Vista Mar with Mediterranean specialities. There are a variety of snacks, soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks served until 11 pm at the snack bar El Puertito (8 am until midnight). At Pueblo Principe the snack bar offers snacks and non alcoholic drinks from midnight until 8 am. Guests can have the tea and coffee at the lobby bar. The All Inclusive programme includes locally produced alcoholic drinks such as local beer and wine, cocktails, soft drinks and water and are available between 10 am and 11 pm (at the pool bar from 10 am to 6pm, at the beach bar 10 am to 6 pm and at the lobby bar from 10 am to 11 pm). Guests have free entrance to the disco from 11 pm to 2 am.

All Inclusive sports and leisure facilities at the resort include gym, sauna, jacuzzi, squash court, tennis court, mini golf, kayaking (weather permitting), football court, carbine shooting, mountain bikes, diving lessons in the pool (twice a week free of charge), large sun terraces and gardens with sun beds and sun parasols, towel service by the pool, mini club and organised children's entertainment for kids between 4 and 12 years.

The hotel provides a full entertainment programme for adults and children (day and night) and this consists of games and organised activities, aerobics, etc and there is an amphitheatre offering entertainment programs as well as variety of shows with live music (merengue, salsa etc).

The Plaza bar sports bar (with live music), billiards, handicraft shops, electronic shop, photography, jewellery, hairdressers, massage, car and bike rental service, internet access, medical centre, catamaran tours, boat and fishing excursions, diving clinic, golf packages, baby sitting (on request), safety deposit boxes, all international branded drinks, bottles of wine, drinks at the disco and at the diving centre are available at a charge.
