The hotel provides an extensive range of facilities and services including a 24 hour reception, 5 guest lifts, currency exchange, laundry facilities, meeting and event rooms, car rental, Internet access and hair dressers.

Sports and leisure facilities includes 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter, sun terrace with loungers and pool towels. There is also a games room, massage, daytime activities and evening entertainment programme with professional shows and regular live music. There is also table tennis, pool table, TV lounge and reading lounge. There is also a sauna, tennis court and squash court available at the nearby Guayarmina Princess (local charges may apply).

Children are also well catered for at the hotel. There is a separate children's pool, entertainment programme, play ground and mini club for those aged between 4 and 12 years. The hotel also offers a baby-sitting service, children's menu, high chairs and cots.

There are 2 restaurants within the hotel, the Principal Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner (gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers and shirt for dinner) and the Barbacoa Restaurant serves lunch. There is also a snack bar, pool bar, lounge bar and a piano bar.

Fanabe is approx 28km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 84km from Tenerife North Airport.
