Hotel facilities include a small swimming pool, a cafe-bar, 24hr reception, room service, internet access and meeting room.

The hotel has just 25 guest rooms, each equipped with private bathroom, LCD TV, balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, internet access, safe, iron and ironing board.

Please note: A compulsory departure tax of approx 800 Mexican Pesos (42-45GBP (Scottish pounds not accepted)) will be payable locally.

The hotel is situated opposite the ferry dock and 800m from the airport (private flights only). The Playa Norte (beach) is around 15mins walk away.

It is a 20-minute drive to Cancun airport and then a 20-minute boat ride to Isla Mujeres.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
