Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, whirlpools, a gym and a range of beauty treatments, massages and therapies (local charge) at the hotel spa. The hotel also features an a'la carte restaurant and a snack bar, free parking and free WiFi internet access.

A total of 22 guest rooms, made up of 14 duplex suites, 4 standard rooms, 2 family rooms and 2 river suites.

All rooms are equipped with ensuite shower-room, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, mini-fridge, TV with 16 channels and a direct dial telephone.

The hotel is located on the Calbis River front, just 3mins walk to the Dalyan downtown area. The Iztuzu Beach is around 12km away, 15mins by minibus and 20mins by boat. The Dalyan mud baths are about 1.7km away and the historic city of Kaunos 2km.

Dalaman Airport is approx 30km away.
