As well as each villa having a private pool, there is a communal pool, games room, fitness centre, kids tot-lot and IT centre available to all guests.

Villas are beautifully furnished and feature double and twin bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, cookware and utensils, Sat TV, telephone, DVD player, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Each villa has 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table on the patio at their private swimming pool.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $300 (subject to change).

The villas are situated just 19km from Disney and not far from other major attractions. There are also shopping and dining areas close to the community. There are also many fantastic golf courses in the vicinity.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
