The hotel is located approximately 30 minuets from Larnaca Airport.

The hotel has a lovely Anglosaxon breakfast buffet every morning and a buffet dinner in the evening in a variety of themes, an a la carte menu is also on offer. The hotel also offers a wide range of traditional Cypriot dishes once a week. The hotel organises BBQ's next to the crystal clear pool, there is also a lounge bar, pool bar and a cafe. Sports and leisure activities on offer at the hotel include a swimming pool, children's pool, games room, tennis court, volleyball, five a side football grounds, billiards and table tennis, aqua sports include water skiing, sailing, pedalos, windsurfing, canoes and speedboats. There is also a brand new health club with jaccuzi, sauna, steam room, half Olympic sized swimming pool and children's play room. The hotel organises evening activities and entertainment weekly which include BBQ's, folk dancing, discos and live music. Extra facilities like the lounge, souvenir shop, art gallery and TV room are also at in the hotel.

The hotel has 199 twin guest rooms all are furnished and include the facilities bathroom with shower, private balcony, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer and mini fridge. Most of the rooms have sea view and satellite TV.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (07.00 am to10.00 am), lunch (1.00am to 2.30 pm) and dinner (7.00 pm to 9.30 pm), (all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant). During meals wine, still and sparkling water, beer and a variety of soft drinks are available. Light snacks are also available such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, pasta, chips and savouries which are served (10.00 am till 12noon) and (3.00 pm till 6.30 pm) at the pool bar. Cold snacks are also available between the hours 10.00 pm and 11.00 pm) at the main hotel bar. Tea and coffee with biscuits is available between (4:30 pm and 5.30 pm). Ice cream is for the children is available between 11.00 am and 12noon) and (4.00 pm and 5.00 pm). Local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available which include house wine, brandy, soft drinks, fresh still water, beer, spirits, cocktails and tea and coffee are served between 10.00 am and midnight) at both the pool bar and the main hotel bar.
