The complex comprises a total of 32 apartments, air conditioning, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a café and a small supermarket. Also to be found within the hotel is a games room, a restaurant, a conference room, a bar, a TV room and a children's playground. Guests may make use of the laundry service, room service, Internet access and there is medical assistance available (additional fees apply).

All the apartments have 1 or 2 balconies, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning and safety deposit box (both payable at a local charge).
