There are a total of 60 apartments, each accommodating up to 5 persons and are fully equipped with a bathroom with bath or shower, balcony/terrace, colour television, hairdryer, air conditioning (local charge), direct dial telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, cooking-rings, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker.

Located approx 1 km from the harbour and Kos town centre and just 150m from the nearest beach.

Kos Airport is about 25km away.
