The complex offers 3 large sea facing swimming pools that are heated in winter and surrounded by the hotels tropical gardens. The hotel offers a sauna, gymnasium, three squash courts, games room with billiards, table tennis, disco and a varied day and evening entertainment programme (professional shows, orchestra every night).

Breakfast and evening meals are served buffet style in the restaurant Las Vistas. Lunch is served a la carte in the grill restaurant La Palapa which overlooks the sea. Guests are also able to enjoy a refreshing drink at the pool bar, Piano Bar or at the Tea Lounge.

Within the hotel guests will find 24 hour reception, car and bike hire facilities, shopping centre, internet centre, hairdressers, beauty parlour, laundry and dry cleaning service, conference and meeting rooms (3 to 300 people) and lounges.

The hotel offers guests 389 comfortable twin bedded rooms (42 rooms have double beds and 12 are junior suites) and all have private terrace and most are with sea views. Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.
