The hotel is located 17 km away from Reina Sofía airport and 500 metres away from the resort centre of Los Cristianos.

The complex offers three large sea facing swimming pools (two for adults and one for children) that are heated in winter and surrounded by the hotels tropical gardens. The hotel offers a sauna, gymnasium, three squash courts, games room with billiards, table tennis, disco and a varied day and evening entertainment programme (professional shows, orchestra every night).

Breakfast and evening meals are served buffet style in the restaurant Las Vistas. Lunch is served a la carte in the grill restaurant La Palapa which overlooks the sea. Guests are also able to enjoy a refreshing drink at the pool bar, Piano Bar or at the Tea Lounge.
