The hotel facilities include a reception, bar and swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasols.

The guest rooms at the Arda Hotel are air conditioned and have twin beds, a private bathroom, telephone and a balcony. Safety deposit boxes, televisions and fridges are also available for hire.

Arda Hotel is located approx 150m from the beach and 5km from Nessebar.

Sunny Beach is approx 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport
