The hotel provides an extensive range of facilities and services including a 24 hour reception, laundry and valet service, car rental, taxi service, foreign exchange, medical service on call, secretarial and courier services, internet stations, covered and uncovered parking. The hotel has two fully equipped conference rooms and can cater for business, weddings or events.

The hotel offers a swimming pool with jacuzzi, indoor pool (heated in the winter), tennis court, a fully equipped fitness and wellness centre, aerobic room, two saunas, Jacuzzi, table tennis and beach volleyball.

For the younger guests there is the Dolphin Kids Club which is located on the ground floor and surrounded by gardens. The club is open daily offering various daily supervised activities for children of all ages. It is open from April to October and open on Mondays & Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 and then again from 14:00 to 17:00 and on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 14:00 to 17:00. Baby sitting, early meals and high chairs available on request.

The hotel has three restaurants offering a wide range of local and exotic dishes in elegant surroundings. The Kirke restaurant serves a delightful breakfast buffet and a la carte lunch menu, the Ambrosia restaurant serves delicious theme night dinner and the Nereus Restaurant serves an a-la carte menu. The hotel also offers a pool bar which serves a selection of snacks and beverages and there is also a lounge bar.

The hotel itself consists of 123 rooms, all equipped with the modern conveniences expected of a luxury four star hotel.

All of the rooms have king-size or twin beds, individually controlled air-conditioning/heating, satellite TV with pay movies and radio, electronic safe box, mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, complimentary toiletries, dressing table with two armchairs, and a balcony with table and chairs.

Family room for up to 4 (max 3 adults/1 child) similar to a standard room with king size bed and fold-out sofa bed.

The hotel is positioned only 3km from Paphos harbour where there is a array of restaurants, bars and shopping.
