Studios feature air conditioning (payable locally), twin beds, telephone, kitchenette with oven and 2 ring hob and fridge and a private balcony (furnished). Bathrooms have a bath with shower.

Apartments feature air conditioning (payable locally), twin beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge, telephone, kitchenette with oven and 2 ring hob and fridge, private balcony (furnished) and bathrooms have a bath with a shower.

The complex is located approx 15 minutes from Limanaki Harbour and set on a hill side. Larnaca Airport is approx 45km from the resort of Ayia Napa.
