Elaia Hotel, previously known as The Anita Apartments, is an exciting refurbishment project which will result in a 4 star modern, eco-friendly, boutique adults only B&B. The new hotel will consist of one restaurant and one bar, one large swimming pool and health & beauty treatments.
Location
The hotel is just 300m from the beach with some shops and supermarkets close to the hotel. Rhodes town is 5km away and there is public transport right outside the hotel so it is easy to get around. There are many attractions close by such as the water park, aquarium and many archaeological sites.
The resort of Ixia is approx 14km from Rhodes Airport.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
