Situated on one of the quieter back roads of the resort, the Essential Summer offers a comfortable base with simple self-catering accommodation, an outdoor pool and snack-bar.
Location
The studios are situated on the outskirts of Faliraki, around 650-metres from the resort centre, where there are numerous amounts of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. The nearest beach is a 10min walk away (around 1km), and a large waterpark and scuba diving centre are also close by.
Lindos resort is about 35km from the complex, Rhodes town is 13km away and the airport is approx 14km away.

The facilities available for guests at the Essential Summer include reception area (18hrs), safe deposit boxes for hire and Wi-Fi internet access (payable locally). There is also a swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols and a pool snack bar.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
March to October:
5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night
4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night
3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night
1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night
Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night
November to February reduced rates will apply.
