The facilities provided for guests includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace and free sun loungers and parasols. There is a pool bar with satellite TV which serves snacks as well as a mini market, reception and pool table. Occasional Greek nights are also organised.

For the younger guests there is a children's pool, playground with high chairs and cots also available.

There is a total of 27 units with 19 studios available for 2 people and 8 apartments available for up to 4 people. Each of the guest rooms offer individually-controlled air conditioning (local charge), TV, hair dryer, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, shower room and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located approx 1.5km to the sandy beach at Peroulades with the nearest bars and restaurants in Peroulades approx 500m away. The resort centre of Sidari is 1.5km away. Sidari is approx 38km from Corfu Airport.
