Guests are welcomed into the air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange desk and lifts. In addition there is a choice of shops, conference facilities, public internet connection (fees may apply) and room and laundry service. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the night market and airport.

Dining options include a bar and four restaurants with highchairs available for children. The restaurants serve Thai, Italian, and international cuisine.

The hotel is perfectly positioned on the Nimmanhaeminda Road and only 500 metres from Kad Suan Kaew which is the largest shopping area in Northern Thailand. Within the immediate vicinity is alleys full of boutiques and galleries offering silks and handicrafts. Restaurants and traditional markets are also nearby.

Chiang Mai airport is only 6 km away or a 15 minute drive away.
