Allwin Roussos Beach Apartments offers 2 pools, tennis court, 24 hour reception, lobby, restaurant bar, room and laundry services, foreign currency exchange facilities and safety deposit boxes. The entertainment programme offers a Cypriot night, karaoke night, disco night, barbecue nights plus other events (high season only).

The complex offers studios, one or two bedroom apartments and bungalows. All benefit from open plan living rooms (with sofa bed), kitchenette (no oven), private bathroom, telephone, air conditioning (local charge), heating (local charge), radio and balcony.

The All Inclusive programme offers a rich buffet breakfast, lunch (table service) and buffet dinner all served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, tea and coffee are served at the main hotel bar from 11am to 11pm (excludes beer).
