Facilities available to guests at the hotel include various bars and restaurants, disco, indoor swimming pool, children's heated swimming pool, the largest outdoor swimming pool in Hurghada, children's playground, children's mini club, fitness room, table tennis, tennis, volleyball, mini golf, water sports, entertainment programme, car rental and conference facilities.

Guest rooms are pleasantly decorated and have private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are served at the pool bar and beach restaurant from 12.30 to 4pm and afternoon tea is served from the lobby bar from 4pm to 5pm. All locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served with meals and from 9am to midnight from the various venues, depending on their opening hours.
