Hotel facilities include six outdoor pools (2 freshwater and 4 saltwater), waterslide, children's pool, an indoor pool and children's playground. Further leisure facilities include two tennis courts, fitness centre, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, billiards, table tennis, mini-golf, beach volley, water polo, aqua aerobics, beach soccer, outdoor chess board, large screen TV & DVD room, Bridge room and table games. Daytime and evening program of events and entertainment is provided by the animation team, such as dance competition, quiz nights, cooking and Greek language lessons.

Dining options available for guests are the main buffet restaurant with children's restaurant (dinner only), a snack bar and restaurant, beach bar and restaurant, a further two a'la carte restaurants (open for dinner only) as well as room service (7am-10pm, local charge). The complex features six bars, including a pool bar, night club bar and a beach bar.

Guest services at the hotel include 24hr reception, currency exchange, doctor on call, daily bus service to and from Rhodes town (local charge), car rental, laundry service, mini-market, hair salon, wireless internet in common areas and internet corner.

Room types include standard double/twin rooms, family rooms and junior suites. All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning (mid May to mid Sept), hairdryer, satellite TV with music channels, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, safe deposit box (local charge) and a balcony or terrace.

Family rooms feature one bedroom and a living room with sofa beds, separated by a sliding door. Suites have living area with sofa bed and additional internet access, tea & coffee making facilities.
