All 50 bedrooms come equipped with 2 or 3 beds, kitchenette with sink and fridge only, safety deposit box, bathroom, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Set in the village of Calangute with its shops and market. The nearest beach is 1km away or a 15 minute walk. Goa airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
