The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk, car park, internet access, wheelchair accessibility, lifts, medical service, and restaurant with smoking and non-smoking areas.

There are also 6 swimming pools - 2 of which are for children, pool bar, pool snack, sun loungers, parasols, children's playground, children's entertainment, private beach, gym, table tennis, bike hire, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, and wellness swimming pool.

All of the rooms have a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, hairdryer, mini fridge, safe, telephone, satellite TV with DVD player, internet access, air-conditioning and balconies with garden or sea views.

Rooms for the disabled have disabled facilities in the bathroom.

The hotel is directly on the beach, and the nearest town is approx 1.5km away where there are shops, tourist centre, bars, discos, clubs, and restaurants.

Lesbos Airport is approx 67km from the resort.
