The hotel features a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service and concierge service, laptop size safety deposit box and laundry service. For the business traveller there is secretarial services and a wireless internet service.

Guests can dine at the restaurant where there is a all day buffet service as well as a A la carte menu and guests can enjoy light snacks at the cafe. There is also room service for those that prefer in-room dining.

Leisure facilities include a fitness centre.

There is no swimming pool however guests can use the swimming pool and beach at the Beach Rotana at a nominal fee, situated close by.
