The hotel is located on the beach, 7.5 km from Kos airport and 25 km from Kos town.

The hotel has a variety of facilities available to its guests witch include a main bar, restaurant, pool bar, supermarket across, comfortable lounges, reception area, satellite TV lounge, freshwater swimming pool, children's pool, sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel restaurant is air conditioned and offers a variety of dishes. There is also a gym, aerobics, aqua aerobics, water games and evening fun and different shows. Animation for children includes morning painting, pool games, beach games, family games and discos.

All of the hotel guest rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard with equipment including a fridge, safety deposit box (extra charge), telephone, WC, bathroom with bath or shower air conditioning and either a balcony or patio with gorgeous views.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (7.30 am to 9.30 am), lunch (12.30 pm 2.00 pm) and dinner (7.00 pm till 9.30 pm); all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks & drinks are also available and include sandwiches, pies, pizza and peinerli all served at the pool bar between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm. Tea and coffee with biscuits and cakes are served 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Drinks available include alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages like beer, wine, whisky, rum, vodka etc and are served at the main bar between 6.00 pm and 11.30 pm.
All inclusive sports and activities at the hotel include , beach volleyball, tennis, squash, billiards, children's club, children's play area, games room, gymnasium, and an Olympic size fresh water swimming pool. There is also evening entertainment.
