I have worked at sunshine.co.uk for many years and am thoroughly enjoying my role in Customer Services. I have previously worked for Qantas Airways, worked in business travel and also been involved in event management including Chrysalis TV. The great bunch of people here make working at sunshine.co.uk fun and every day brings with it new challenges!

What do you do at weekends?
I try to spend all my time with the kids either at home or going down to Dorset to see my family.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be in a James Bond film !

What's your brew?
Tea - milk first please!

Respond to customers complaints and try to get them resolved swiftly and to an amicable resolution!

Best thing on telly?
Brothers and Sisters, Grays Anatomy, 24 and House.

Worst thing on telly?
The Jeremy Kyle Show !
